- You cannot be a customer of ours if you do not give us the information we need to be able to solve your task.

For all our business customers, we collect the following information:
Your company's name, address, e-mail, mobile number and other necessary contact information, as well as your name and your company's VAT number and payment information.

As a starting point, we receive this information from you. We obtain some information ourselves as a service from publicly available sources such as CVR registered.

In addition, we collect the following information depending on your business type or additional services you have purchased from us:

CPR number – Image of passport/driving license and health insurance card

Personal Tax Return:
CPR nummer - Image of passport/driving license and health insurance card

Payroll administration:
Personal information of your employees

Bookkeeping and bank reconciliation:
As a result of having to carry out your bookkeeping and bank reconciliation, we must naturally have access to your documents and bank information. We get this information either by you sending it to us, or by giving us access to look and retrieve what we need ourselves. We do not collect information from these sources other than what we need to be able to make accurate bookkeeping and accounting.

2.1. Use of Cookies for the collection of anonymous data

Bogfort Administrative Office Services web servers collect anonymous information, e.g. your computer's IP address, the browser software used, the operating system, the access times and the pages visited. Hosting of data
All data is hosted by Paypal Services, Stripe, Google analytics, Yoast SEO and IONOS Inc which all use 256 bit encryption and Password protection. All of our suppliers comply with GDPR's data regulation, and you can read more about their obligation as Data Processors here:
